We offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Include all original packaging.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Process

Before sending any items back to us, please email us at isabellazoedesigns.com to request a return. Any items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

We do not provide pre-paid return labels or cover return postage costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is approved and received, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
